Plant Operator - Earthmoving Equipment
- $34.71 ph + penalties
- Mon to Fri 1–5pm + opportunity for OT
- Permanent Part-Time role – Morwell
The Opportunity
You will be responsible for the efficient operation of material handlers, front end loaders and other earthmoving equipment to manage and transfer waste materials.
- Operate Material Handler and Front-End Loader and to load and haul daily material
- Push stockpiles, bins and materials to maintain safe and efficient site operations
- Conduct pre-start and post start checks
- General labouring and manual handling tasks as required
- Conduct maintenance and safety checks on all equipment regularly.
- Assist in other duties as needed to support the team.
About You
- Excavator & Front-End Loader ticket
- Heavy Combination (HC) licence - advantageous but not essential
- 1-2 Years experience preferred
- Excellent work ethic and attitude
- This is a high-risk environment so a commitment to safety is a must.
- Clear and concise communication to communicate via two-way radio
